We will not consider any application until our office has received an application and credit report for each intended occupant of the unit who is 18 years or older.

• An application must be filled out for each intended occupant, 18 years or older, regardless of whether they will be paying rent or not.
•  A credit report will be run on every intended occupant, 18 years or older.
• There is a NON-REFUNDABLE processing for each application regardless of relationship status. This will e charged when you apply by the credit reporting company, Rentspree.
• There are NO exceptions and all information contained in the application(s) is verified prior to any approval.
• We will contact your current or prior landlord, and your current or prior employer for verification purposes.

In addition, we require the following from all applicants:

• Copy of each applicant's social security card.
• Copy of each applicant's driver's license or state issued photo ID.
• POI, either copies of your last 2 months of payment stubs or last 2 years tax returns, or 3 months of bank statements.

Proof of Renter's Insurance naming landlord and landlord's agent as persons of interest, in an amount NOT less than $300,000 must be given.
