So what makes Yasmine Wolfe so special?   

Her background is most diverse and intriguing. Born and reared in Singapore, she attended the internationally recognized United World College of South East Asia then traveled and worked in Malaysia, Holland, England, Mexico and the United States. This rich past gave her invaluable understanding and knowledge of numerous different cultures, religions and social mores.

Upon arriving in Burbank in the early 1990’s, Yasmine quickly learned real estate principals, procedures and ethics from two immortal real estate greats, Michael and Mayme Cunningham, who started their own Burbank brokerage in 1954. Their influence and direction taught Yasmine to keep the needs of the clients in first position always. 

Honesty, fairness and utmost integrity were key to all successes in life, she learned.

After several years as a Broker Associate with Bill Toth and Associates in Burbank, a company voted Best of Burbank several years in a row by the Burbank Leader, Yasmine decided it was time to leave the pack and go lone Wolfe.

In 2015, she opened Your Home Guru, a company that offers both Real Estate and Property Management services. The guiding principle behind Your Home Guru is the blending of those core values of honesty and integrity learned from the Cunningham's so many years ago with the benefits of today's modern technology.

Constantly upgrading your home is important to keep its value current! Yasmine has upgraded herself with numerous professional classes (earned designations GRI, SRES, e-PRO and Broker’s License) and is one tech-smart lady.

Honors and awards earned include commendations for the cities of Burbank and Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California Senate, House of Representatives an others. She has shared her natural gift of leadership through the years too. She served as President of Burbank Association of Realtors, Director and member on several local and civic boards and is an approved instructor with NAR. She currently serves the community as a director with the Family Service Agency of Burbank. All this while raising two teenage boys!
